UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a service provider for the provision of Advisory Services on Innovative Finance for Education Cannot Wait (ECW).The overall objective is to support ECW in designing, structuring, and operationalizing innovative blended finance instruments that mobilize sustainable funding for education in crisis-affected contexts.The objectives are:1. Design and Due Diligence: Conduct feasibility assessments, scenario analyses, and engage DFIs on potential interventions.2. Financial & Legal Structuring: Develop transaction documentation, including term sheets and risk-sharing arrangements.3. Donor & Investor Engagement: Secure commitments from governments, DFIs, philanthropic partners, and private investors.4. Operationalization: Convert advisory outputs into replicable products, tools, and engagement strategies that ECW can deploy systematically.This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
