Since August 2024, the Ministry of Education of Guinea and UNICEF have been implementing the Women in Learning Leadership (WiLL) research initiative. WiLL examines the role and status of women in leadership positions in education, particularly headteachers. This initiative is based on recent studies which highlight a potential positive relationship between the presence of women in the management of establishments schools and improving academic results. The research also aims to identify solutions to reduce the underrepresentation of women in leadership positions in educational establishments. UNICEF Innocenti is seeking institutions qualifiées (par exemple, des universités, des cabinets de conseil, des organismes de recherche, etc.) afin de mener des activités de recherche quantitative et qualitative auprès d-un échantillon d'écoles guinéennes, en collaboration avec le MEPUA. There The service includes two components: a) large-scale quantitative data collection in 160 schools, b) qualitative data collection in 12 schools.
