The Ministry of Education of Guinea and UNICEF has been implementing the Women in Learning Leadership research initiative (Will, or women's leadership for academic success) since August 2024. Will examines the role and status of women occupying management positions in the field of education, in particular the heads of school. This initiative is based on recent studies that highlight a potential positive relationship between the presence of women in the management of schools and the improvement of academic results. Research also aims at Identify solutions to reduce the under-representation of women to management positions in educational establishments. The innocenti innocent is looking for qualified institutions (for example, universities, consulting firms, research organizations, etc.) in order to lead Quantitative and qualitative research activities with a sample of Guinean schools, in collaboration with the MEPUA. The service includes two components: a) a large -scale quantitative data collection in 260 schools, b) a collection of qualitative data in 16 schools.
