Pre Qualification are invited for Installation Works Of Svc Lots - Epc-svc-kfw-06-single Lot : Compensation Equipment (svc).
The Governments of Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea have received financing from the World Bank, European Investment Bank, KfW Development Bank and the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Cte d'Ivoire - Li-beria- Sierra Leone - Guinea Interconnection Project. Part of the proceeds will be used for payments under the contracts named above.
The TRANSCO CLSG ("the Employer")intends to prequalify Contractors and / or Firms for Contracts under financing of KFW, for the single EPC: EPC-SVC-KFW-06-Single lot: Compensation Equipment (SVC) : studies, supplies, transportation to site, installation and testing the equipment in the substations of Mano, Monrovia, Buchanan and Yekepa under KFW financing; It is expected that the invitations for bid will be made in October 2015. 3. Prequalification will be conducted through the prequalification procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 2011 (revised July 2014), and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries, asdefined in the guidelines. 4. To obtain further information and inspect the standard prequalification documents, applicants should contact TRANSCO CLSG, at the addressbelow, between 09h00 and 16h00 (local time, Monday to Friday). Interested candidates can buy a complete set of the prequalification document in English by sending a written request to the address below along with the non-refundable payment of US $ 150 orits equivalent in Francs CFA (at the exchange rate of the BCEAO the day of payment).
The Applications for the Pre-Qualification shall be delivered to the address above by the July 29, 2015, at 10:00 AM local time
