Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Installation of Solar Street Lights at Iai and Surroundings (Monti) in the Arrondissement of Mfou, Department of Mefou and Afamba, Region of Center.

1. Object
As part of the execution of the Public Investment Budget (BIP), financial year 2020, the Minister of Water and Energy, Contracting Authority, launches a National Open Call for Tenders for the installation of solar street lights at IAI and surroundings (Monti), in the arrondissement of Mfou, department of Mefou and Afamba, Center region.

2. Consistency of the services
The works, subject of this Invitation to Tender, include the installation of sixty-nine (69) solar street lights at IAI and surroundings (Monti).

3. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation after the preliminary studies is one hundred million (100, 000, 000) CFA francs.

Participation in this Invitation to Tender is open to Cameroonian companies with proven experience in the execution of renewable energy projects.

The works, subject of this Invitation to Tender, will be financed by the Public Investment Budget ( BIP ), financial year 2020, of the MINEE on budget allocation line no . 54 32 422 04 451125 2254 .

9. Acquisition of the file

11. Provisional security
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tender deposit valid for thirty (30) days beyond the deadline for the validity of tenders, established by a banking establishment or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list appears in the CAD (Exhibit 13). 12. Admissibility of tenders
