ITB No.: INFRA-SANBLAS-2026-001





1.The Barangay Government of San Blas, Paoay, Ilocos Norte through the 20% Barangay Development Fund from CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Panel under ITB No.: INFRA-SANBLAS-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2.The Barangay Government of San Blas, Paoay, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Completion of the Works for the projects are as detailed :
