Incorporation of the Atrium surrounded by the existing Ice Hall and the attached dressing room building.
The part of the building to be installed is complete the foundation and the construction of the reinforced base were already completed in a previous phase. The floor area affected by the installation is 87.37 m2, the total useful floor area is 245.54 m2 (ground floor: 70.84 m2; 1st floor: 87.37 m2; 2nd floor: 87.37 m2). The technical content of the procedure is in the area bounded by the two buildings, ground floor construction of an additional 2 floors on a turnkey basis, including all professional work. The installation mass of the atrium is given a sine sheet covering based on the principle of small surface area. Drainage of rainwater would be carried out in accordance with the external drainage principle, in accordance with the utilities of the existing area. There would be a gym on the ground floor for design with a sports floor. An office and kitchenette would be built on the 1st floor, and offices on the 2nd floor. The entrance to the offices would be provided from the corridor on the 1st floor of the existing dressing room building, and an internal staircase would lead to the 2nd floor. The part of the building created during this procedure has a flat roof an 8 cm 16/32 mm grain size layer of washed coule gravel with load bearing, additional concrete slab load in the wind and corner areas.
