Installation and support of printers and multifunctional devices The city of Überlingen plans to conclude a rental agreement for the installation and operation of printers and multifunctional devices. The operation of the document processing devices is carried out by the Contractor provided as part of a rental of the equipment in conjunction with a full service agreement. The execution of repairs, maintenance operations and support services are specified as a service level agreement (SLA) in accordance with the service description.
