The city of Überlingen plans to conclude a rental agreement for the installation and operation of printers and multifunctional devices. The operation of the document processing equipment is carried out by the contractor as part of a rental of the equipment in connection with a full service agreement. The execution of repairs, maintenance operations and support services are specified as a service level agreement (SLA) in accordance with the service description.
