Tenders are invited for Inspection and Certification Services for Oil & Gas Surface Facilities in Contract Areas 91 & 107.

The last date to receive the documents is 18/08/2022 at 12:00 pm, local time. Accordingly, all interested contractors should submit the required information not later than the above-mentioned date. Any document submitted after this date will be disregarded.

Projects Title Inspection and certification Services

Sarir Oil Operations Company intends to conduct a tender for Inspection and Certification Services for oil & gas surface facilities in contract areas 91 & 107.

Accordingly, we invite well recognized Inspection & Certification bodies who are experienced and known as issuer of ISO Certifications. Participants are requested to fill out the attached Letter of Intent form and submit it along with the technical, financial and Legal documents.

Documents to be submitted for participating in the pre-qualification process:

1- Letter of intent to participate in this bid (attachment #1).

2- Submit all the legal & Finance documents referred to in the document attached to this announcement (attachments #2 & #3) and company profile that shows technical capabilities, experience and clients.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• SOO reserves its right to reject any or all companies at its sole discretion. Such act by SOO shall be final and shall not be contested or challenged by any participants.

• The company will deal only with the persons officially authorized by the companies applying for pre-qualification.

• The company has the right to extend the pre-qualification period for another period of time if necessary, provided that the additional period is automatically announced on the company and National Oil Corporation websites.

• All costs of whatsoever nature incurred in the preparation and submission of the documents, including visits, if any, incurred in connection with this invitation, shall be borne by companies intended to participate in the prequalification process and tendering process (if qualified) and will not be claimed under any circumstances.

Participation:

• The last date to receive the documents is 18/08/2022 at 12:00 pm, local time. Accordingly, all interested contractors should submit the required information not later than the above-mentioned date. Any document submitted after this date will be disregarded.
