In the future direction and further development of online offerings, customers should be appropriately involved from the first ideas through to go-live. The industry standard ISO 9241-210 describes how this should be done. The process includes four main process steps, which should be iterated if necessary: 1. At the beginning of product development, the problem is analyzed. Customer surveys must be carried out to find out which problems the future product should solve for users of the BA portal.
