Innovation partnership to develop and acquire an operations control system for the ILS The Saar rescue service and fire brigade alarm association (ZRF Saar) intends to purchase a new operations control system to replace the previous one System solution from the Saarland integrated control center. With the award procedure, the ZRF is striving for an innovation partnership (Section 19 VgV) for the joint development and later acquisition of an innovative operations control system for the Saarland integrated control center to. The new operations control system should reliably represent the proven core functions of a commercially available operations control system and at the same time contain innovative components that are developed as part of an innovation partnership together with the contractor should be developed, tested and transferred to productive control center operation. The mission statement of the order is a contract in which the innovation partners bring together their competencies and experiences to create a completely new, state-of-the-art operations control system to develop information technology standards.
