The Saar Rescue Service and Fire Brigade Alert Association (ZRF Saar) intends to purchase a new operations control system to replace the previous system solution from the Saarland Integrated Control Center. With the award procedure, the ZRF aims to an innovation partnership (§ 19 VgV) for the joint development and later acquisition of an innovative operations control system for the Saarland integrated control center. The new operations control system should have the proven core functions of a commercially available one Reliably map an operational control system and at the same time contain innovative components that are to be developed, tested and transferred to productive control center operation together with the contractor as part of an innovation partnership.
