Tenders are invited for Infrastructure Works on Perseverance Island Phase Ii. Roads and Drains; Construction of 41, 000 m2
kerbs and 235 Nos streetlight posts, 7000 m2
ï‚· Stormwater Drainage; Supply and laying of a total of 4km consisting of five types of concrete drains.
ï‚· Water Reticulation; Supply and laying of 950m of DI pipes of 150mm dia and 300mm dia. as well as
3, 900m of HDPE pipes of 50mm dia and 110mm dia. with various valves and chambers
ï‚· Sewerage; Supply and laying of 1, 750m of 160mm dia. and 2, 700m of 210mm dia.uPVC pipes for
Gravity Sewers and 1, 675m of 110mm dia. HDPE pipes of 110mm dia and 250mm dia for rising mains.
Construction of 2 Nos pumping station complete with equipment
ï‚· Electricity and Plumbing; Supply and laying of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) cables as well
as all associated civil works. Construction of 11 kV substation and provision of transformers and
switchgears.
ï‚· Communications; Supply and laying of 17 km of 80mm dia. and 110mm dia. uPVC cable duct with
ancillary items including trenching and installation of pits.
