The following services, among others, are required: - Maintenance, care, support (help desk system), troubleshooting as well as optimization, further development and updating of the IT environment. - Advice to the client Framework of IT concerns and projects. - Support in the provision of specialist applications as well as content support upon request of specialist applications. - Core of the data center - care, support and expansion of storage based on a existing NetApp cluster. - Supporting the client's IT staff in all of the areas mentioned. - Technical support and qualification of the client's IT staff in the work and handling of deployed and to be deployed IT systems and specialist applications. - Preparation and implementation of IT infrastructure renovations (see 3.5 and 4 of the service description). - Participation in official moves related to the IT area (data center/users/workplace technology).
