Infrastructural Facility Management Technical Services Olympic Park The Olympiapark Berlin is an extensive, listed sports and event facility with numerous sports areas, office areas and tourist facilities on around 127 hectares and around 100 buildings. The subject of the tendered service is infrastructural facility management, in particular the operation, maintenance and documentation of all structural and technical aspects not expressly excluded Facilities and general caretaker services. The aim is to maintain and restore the desired state of the technical infrastructure and to ensure smooth system operation at all times. The service includes, among other things, heating, Ventilation, electrical, lighting, irrigation and floodlight systems, water and wastewater systems, door and gate systems as well as barriers and other technical facilities on the site. The contractor has maintenance, inspection and repairs according to the State of the art, relevant DIN standards, manufacturer specifications and accident prevention regulations and to supplement the partly incomplete system documentation. All services must be provided in such a way that the operation of users and tenants is not disturbed if possible and special requirements, for example at events, are taken into account.
