Tenders are invited for Information Technology Consultation Services

Restriction: The Consultant shall have the following qualifications: a. University Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields; B. Experience in administration of Windows and Linux servers; w. Minimum experience of 10 years in network management with at least 50 users; d. Deep knowledge of computer science from the user's perspective, namely spreadsheets, word processing and databases; and. Be fluent in Portuguese ; f. Have good knowledge of English. Consultants will be assessed on the basis of the World Bank Procurement Guidelines for Borrowers of Investment Projects Financing of July 2016 ("Standards"), and should therefore refer to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of these Standards that define the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest. The Consultant will be selected based on the method of hiring Individual Consultants in accordance with the Acquisition Rules in force. No late bids shall be accepted.
