Indoor air technology As part of the construction project, the former high school will be converted into a daycare center. The building was last used as a school in 2012. It is a hybrid for the group rooms as well as the educational kitchen and the administration rooms Ventilation concept provided (moisture protection, basic mechanical ventilation, otherwise window ventilation). The rooms mentioned will be equipped with decentralized window fans (only moisture protection, basic ventilation). The sanitary cores are ventilated via a central HR ventilation unit 2nd floor and ventilation ducts with plate valves are ventilated and ventilated, as some of them are windowless rooms.
