UNDP Angola, intends the engage the services of an Individual contractor on Gender and Stakeholder Engagement to lead community consultations in project target areas, mapping relevant stakeholders at national and sub-national level and undertake a gender assessment as well as develop a Gender Action Plan (GAP) with estimate budget allocation for the implementation phase of the project, as detailed in the attached Terms of ReferenceCountry: ANGOLA Description of the Assignment: As per the Attached Terms of Reference Period of assignment/services: 30 working days over December 2023- December 2024Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
