Application are invited for Individual Consultant For finance/Business Process Consultant to Assess Ifmis Payment Process Utilizing Electronic Funds Transfer.

The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho (GOL) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT REFORM SUPPORT PROJECT, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Individual Consulting Services to review and assess the present EFT payments process functionality.This includes the payment process in the Epicor system and the associated business process to effect payments including but not limited to duplicate and unauthorized payments and the reconciliation of payments to ensure completeness and accuracy.
The shortlisting criteria are:
5 years' experience in advising clients on the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems and similar data interface spreferably in government or quasi-government institutions. His or her expertise will specifically be in the implementation of financial aspects of ERP systems and the introduction of electronic interfaces to transmit and receive data from and to ERP systems.
