The consultancy will strengthen national leadership and coordination, improve the quality and consistency of HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and referral services, and expand evidence-based community outreach approaches such as microplanning and peer-led strategies. It will also build sustainable capacity of implementing partners and peer educators, enhance data availability and use for program decision-making, promote meaningful community engagement, and ensure continuity and effective scale-up of KVP services following the transition of PEPFAR support, with the ultimate goal of reducing new HIV infections and improving health outcomes among Female Sex Workers in South Sudan.
