Object
The Administrator launched on behalf of the Road Fund for the 2020 financial year, a national call for tenders opened in emergency procedure for the provision of insurance services.

Delivery time
The execution period provided by the Contracting Authority is twelve (12) months from January 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020 at midnight for all three (03) lots.

5. Participation and origin
Participation in this open national call for tenders is reserved for insurance companies under Cameroonian law established in Cameroon, fulfilling the conditions provided for by the regulations in force in the member states of the Inter-African Conference on Insurance Markets (CIMA) and approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

7. Consultation of the file

11. Admissibility of tenders
Under penalty of rejection, the other required administrative documents must imperatively be produced in originals or certified copies by the issuing service, in accordance with the stipulations of the Supplementary Regulations of the Invitation to Tender.
They must be dated less than three (03) months before the date of submission of tenders or have been established after the date of signature of the Notice of Invitation to Tender.

12. Opening of bids

Attribution
The contract will be awarded to the tenderer whose offer is deemed the best in accordance with the procedures described in this Tender Document.
The Final Score (ND) will be calculated by the weighted combination of Technical Notes (NT) and Financial Notes (NF) according to the formula below:

Bidders remain bound by their offer for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of offers.
