This requirement provides the Aztec Live Auto /Ultim Max 65//WAVE 700 with a serial number of SC40608//40608//40608.1//28245R080503W and INCA mics/x-stream//X-act with a serial number of:SC39325//25002. Oxford Instruments Aztec is the only provider that repair or provide maintenance of for Oxford Instruments AZtec Live Auto / Ultim Max 65 // WAVE 700 and INCA mics/x-stream//X-act. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811210. The authority for this noncompetitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition regarding this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 0800 EST, Monday, 15 December 2025, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
