Description: The city of Jena and the Saale woodland circle form a group of authorities. The city of Jena intends to be part of this group as well as the responsibilities and competent authority pursuant to Section 3 (1) no. 2 Thüröpnvg IVM § 8a PBEBG and Art. 2 lit. c) VO (EC) No 1370/2007, a public service contract (ÖDA ) About public transport services with motor vehicles and trams to Jenaer Nautabreit GmbH (Jenaer Nautafe GmbH, Keßlerstraße 29, 07745 Jena) to be granted. Obtain of ÖDAs are all current and future street-bound public passenger transport services in the area of responsibility of the city of Jena. The transport services included at the beginning of operation (see Section II.2.7) are described in the supplementary document (see Section VI.1, d).
