Tenders are invited for Realization of a training plan for capacity building at the REDISSE III-MR Project Level.

The overall objective of the training plan is the staffing of the various human resources of the project REDISSE III - MR and the ministerial departments concerned by the implementation of the project, of an adequate framework strategic framework and generator of continuous reinforcement of their capabilities.

The specific objectives of the training plan are essentially:

The identification and analysis of training needs for human resource capacity building at the level of the different structures of the REDISSE III - MR project and the implementation structures of the project ;
The establishment of a training and capacity building plan to stimulate and raise the level of the various human resource frameworks of the REDISSE III-MR project and the implementation structures of the project;
The description of concrete actions to implement the training plan for capacity building of the REDISSE III - MR project structures and its partners;
The estimated budget estimate necessary for the realization of the various actions contained in the training plan.

1. The REDISSE III-MR Project Coordination Unit invites individual consultants with references to express their interest in providing the services described above. Interested individual consultants will need to provide their Vitae curriculum

(CV) demonstrating that they have the relevant qualifications, qualifications and experience attested to provide the services requested:

Have an advanced university degree (at least Baccalaureate + 4) in one of the related disciplines:
- to the sciences of education;

- health economics;

- labor economics;

- to the sociology of work;

- animal health;

- to human health.

Have a solid experience exceeding five years in the formulation of project capacity building plans, public or private institutions from a deep identification and analysis of training needs;
Demonstrate skills in the areas of program development for sequential implementation of training plans for project capacity building or at the level of public or private institutions;
Having a good knowledge in the areas of human and animal health, in general, and those of Mauritania in particular would be a major asset;
Excel in the fields of problem analysis, communication (oral and written);
