Tenders are invited for Implementation of the rural electrification project for the Aftout El Chargui area.
This prequalification notice follows the general view of procurement of the project appeared in the newspaper Jeune Afrique, No. 2883 of 10 to 16 April 2016 and No. 6467 of HORIZON Tuesday, March 10, 2015.
2. L The Agency for the Promotion of Universal Access to Services (APAUS) received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to cover the cost of the execution of the rural electrification project in the Aftout area El Chargui, and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this financing to market-related payments for the Rural Electrification Execution Project in the Aftout El Chargui area, Project MAU 141-142-143.
The Agency for the Promotion of Universal Access to Services (APAUS) intends to pre-qualify contractors and / or companies for the execution of the project which includes: supply, execution, delivery, on-site storage, installation, testing and related work on the key work of commissioning following hand:
• Lot 1 - high voltage line 90kV and 90kV unposte processing / full 33kV:
electricity transmission line 90 kV will be about 120 km to power the 90 kV / 33 kV substation in the Aftout ELchargui area;
The transformer station of 90kV / 33kV will be complete (transformer, cells etc.) from which a network of 33kV will be developed.
• Lot 2 - Medium voltage / Low voltage (270 km of 33 kV lines, 60 km of LV lines and approximately 6000 connections).
Both batches generally include the following activities and components:
• Airlines, 90kV and 33kV, to conductor per phase, insulator strings, a conventional ground wire, lattice towers and reinforced concrete foundations;
• The manufacturing process;
• Mobilization, building for the site offices, including a furnished office for the Client / Project Manager, storage areas, access roads, clearing of bushes;
• Topographic works, longitudinal profiles and distribution of pylons;
• Changing the preliminary row of lines, if required;
• Geotechnical investigations, soil testing, sampling and evaluation of mechanical properties;
• Supply, manufacture, testing, supply, insurance, delivery, clearance, unloading, transport, storage of line equipment and components;
• Testing of pylons and foundations;
• Installation and construction of foundations, earthing system, erosion protection, pylon assembly, insulators, conductors, guard cable;
• Aerial markings near airports, by red / white paint of structures, and installation of spheres on cables;
• Cleaning and rehabilitation of access roads, final verification and testing of the network;
• proofing documents and operating and maintenance manuals;
• Supply of spare parts and maintenance tools;
• Supply and integration of control, protection, telecommunication and measurement equipment with existing equipment and systems;
• Modification, if necessary, of the preliminary design of the stations;
• Detailed design of components for manufacturing and construction;
• Installation of fences, access doors, equipment and hazard identification plates;
• As-built documentation and operations and maintenance manual;
• Supply of spare parts and maintenance tools.
