Implementation of a quantitative study conducted using two research methods: CATI (n=13, 300) and CAWI (n=700) as part of a research project. The subject of the order is a service consisting in conducting a nationwide survey using two methods research: CATI among individual and institutional clients of PUP and individual clients of employment agencies and CAWI among institutional and individual clients of WUP as part of the research project entitled: "Development and implementation of a uniform quality standard of the functioning of public employment services and its monitoring system" co-financed by the ESF under the "European Funds for Social Development" program. The aim of the project is to develop and implement a uniform quality standard of the functioning of the PES in the period 01/03/2026 - 31/01/2029 STJ, taking into account universal design along with a module for serving people with disabilities (OzN) and a description of the functionality of the IT tool enabling monitoring effectiveness of the standard, so that each PSZ client receives high-quality services that will meet their needs. The purpose of the research being the subject of the order is to collect information enabling the identification of the needs of individual customers institutional in order to determine the standard of functionality of public employment services (PES).
