Tenders are invited for Implementation of Integrated Electronic Fleet Management and Electronic Ticketing and Fare Collection Systems

The Sierra Leone Road Transport Corporation (Slrtc) is Undertaking a Business
Modernisation Programme, to Improve on the Overall Quality of Public Transportation
Services Delivered to the Public. The Main Objectives of the Modernisation Programme
Include:
I. Improving on the Ticket Sales and Collection Systems to Improve on Revenues
Ii. Introduce Predictability and Precision in Fleet Operations and Trips to Various Destinations across All Routes Served
Iii. To Improve on the Overall Customer Service and Customer Experience of Users of The Slrtc Bus Services

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mondays to Fridays. The Bidding document may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Thousand Leones (Le.500, 000).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 4
th March, 2020 at
12:000 Noon. All bids must be accompanied by:
 A valid Business Registration Certificate and physical evidence of established
office or business premises which must belong or be owned by the bidder for
easy contact and accessibility
 Bid Security of not less than One Hundred Leones (S.L.Le. 100, 000, 000) from
a reputable Commercial Bank;
 A Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the National Revenue Authority;
 A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate;
 A signed Integrity Pact; [see bid document]
 Evidence of experience in the provision of similar services
 Signed Bid Form, Price Schedule and Schedule of Requirement Bids will be publicly opened on Wednesday 4th March, 2020 at 12:00 noon in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
