Implementation of complex activities to restore the operating condition, change the existing situation and/or build new elements of the technical infrastructure in substations and/or... The contracting authority envisages the conclusion of a framework contract an agreement, in which not all the conditions are defined, with up to 5 potential contractors, for the performance of construction and installation works for the construction, reconstruction and/or repair of the elements of the technical infrastructure in/for the substations or hub stations, which are (or will be) part of the electricity transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria and are operated (or will be operated) by "Electricity System Operator" EAD. For concluding each specific contract with the persons selected as contractors under the framework agreement, the contracting authority will conduct an internal competitive selection to determine a contractor, based on the "lowest price" award criterion. In the invitation to participate, including its annexes, the contracting authority will specify the location, the scope, the volume, the maximum permissible period of execution and the corresponding minimum warranty period(s) for the construction and assembly works performed, as well as the main technical specifications for the execution of the planned activities.
