The object of this public procurement is a SERVICE - (the provision of services) in the sense of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 of the PLO with the Subject "Exercise of construction supervision and control during the execution of construction and installation works at a site: "reclamation of cell 2.1 of the Regional landfill for non-hazardous waste of the municipalities Vratsa and Mezdra" under procedure No. BG16FFPR002-2.005 "Reclamation of regional landfills / cells of regional landfills for household waste - second" under priority "Waste" of the Program "Environment" 2021-2027." " with the purpose and scope of performing the functions of a CONSULTANT under the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), as the duties and responsibilities are according to the mandatory scope regulated in Art. 168, para. 1, para. 3, para. 6 and Art. 176a, para. 1 of ZUT. The range will run within main activities #2, #8, #9, #10, #13 and #14 and accompanying main activities, namely: Main activities at the construction stage, technical reclamation and Biological reclamation - first year: 1. MAIN ACTIVITY #1 - Organization and implementation of preparatory works before opening and after opening of the construction site; 2.
