Friesland Kliniken gGmbH with the hospital locations in Sande (Nordwest Hospital Sanderbusch, NWK) and Varel (St. Johannes-Hospital, SJH) as well as the St. Marien-Stift residential and care center at the Varel location are against the background of the changed and dynamic legal Framework conditions (including hospital reform), the tense economic situation in healthcare as well as demographic change and ongoing shortage of skilled workers with enormous challenges.
