Perleberg intends to renovate/modernize the currently vacant former Imperial Post Office. The listed clinker brick building with two full floors and a partially converted attic is intended to become a youth and leisure center in the long term be repurposed for additional services. Suitable planning offices are being sought for the upgrade/interior renovation of the floors, including the necessary renewal of the building services. Imperial Post Office - planning services for buildings and supporting structures The The planning services advertised include basic services of the service profiles according to HOAI 2021 - Planning service 1: Building object planning (Lph 1 to 9) plus special services - Planning service 2: Specialist planning for the structure (Lph 1 to 6) plus special Services The preliminary estimated net construction costs of cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276 amount to approx. EUR 3.5 million (KG 300 = EUR 2.4 million, KG 400 = EUR 1.1 million). This resulted in chargeable costs totaling approximately EUR 4.6 million (net). derived (buildings and interiors = approx.
