Tenders are invited for Impact Study of the Commercial Agriculture Development Support Project (PDAC)
To make a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the impacts generated by the actions of the project (2018 to 2023) and to collect the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries, the project is launching this notice for the recruitment of a firm meeting the following criteria:
· be a management firm for development projects and programs
· have an experience of at least 10 years in the preparation and execution of socio-economic surveys
· have carried out at least 2 similar missions, particularly in the evaluation of the impacts of projects and programs and beneficiary satisfaction surveys.
The team will include:
a head of mission: an expert specializing in development project impact issues, with a higher degree (doctorate or master's degree) in statistics, demography, economics, sociology or equivalent; at least 10 years' experience in carrying out socio-economic surveys and studies; a good knowledge of sampling methods;
a Rural Development Specialist (Bac+5) with proven experience of at least 2 missions to analyze production and marketing data for agricultural products;
an expert in rural infrastructure (Bac+5) with proven experience of at least 2 missions of economic analysis of the impacts generated by the construction of infrastructure.
