Tender Details

The objective of this assignment is to work with the MENA GIL andthe study Principal Investigators (PIs) to field the evaluation baseline andendline surveys on a sample of households that receive childcare subsidies and a sample of households that do notreceive the subsidies but are enrolled in AmenSocial. The total expected sample size is 1, 500 households per wave. Atbaseline, the firm will be responsible for identifying eligible households forthe survey based on criteria established by the study team and described inthis TOR. The household survey will entail data collection both with mothersand with/on children aged 2-6 in the household. Household surveys will beconducted twice, at baseline and endline, with the same sample of households.The firm will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking of householdsbetween waves. The data collection firm will also be responsible for conductingquality assessments of 100 kindergartens.
