The participants (participants) should acquire basic knowledge for a successful start into self-employment The following learning material must be included: - Business idea, market, location, promotion and goal - Legal forms - Business and financial plan - Legal framework - Business registration - Insurance - Securing the company - Types of taxes - Funding opportunities - Starting a business through takeover Framework contract for 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years in accordance with Section 15 Paragraph 4 UVgO, or Section 21 Paragraph 6 VgV in conjunction with Section 65 Paragraph 2 VgV. One call is planned per year. The measure lasts 4 days with 32 teaching units (UE). The framework agreement runs until December 31, 2028.
