The participants (participants) should improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their own time and self-management The following learning material must be included: - Learning theory basics - Improve concentration and memory skills - own Recognize and develop learning/work type - realistic time management and scheduling - Self-management - Design a learning/workplace - Self/external motivation, reduction of learning inhibitions - Tools for planning and organization - learning techniques, -design - new learning methods Framework contract for 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years in accordance with Section 15 Paragraph 4 UVgO, or Section 21 Paragraph 6 VgV in conjunction with Section 65 Paragraph 2 VgV.
