Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the tasks to be accomplished: The consultant will support the ILO-FAO PBF project in Rosso and Bassikounou to develop selection and training tools, train and assist the Local Technical Committees, support the selection sessions and support 30 MSMEs and 43 cooperatives. The mission includes diagnostics, business plans/action plans, coaching, facilitation of access to financing and markets, monitoring of beneficiaries and capitalization. The approach will be flexible, inclusive, sensitive to conflicts and oriented towards green jobs and social cohesion. The delivery is scheduled from 10 September to 13 December 2026.
