IKI program evaluation 2026/27 The subject of this call for proposals is a cross-project evaluation of the entire IKI funding program. This includes the accompanying success monitoring at program level for the period from 2022 to 2027. The The IKI takes program evaluation into account as an entire funding program and is fundamentally based on the evaluation criteria listed in Section 7 Paragraph 2.2 of the Federal Budget Code (BHO): target achievement, impact and cost-effectiveness. She takes Overarching assessments of these criteria, partly at the level of the entire funding program, partly at the level of individual IKI funding instruments, as well as to answer selected questions also at the country level or based on data from specific ones IKI project cluster. As part of the program evaluation, no individual projects are evaluated; rather, the central assumptions, instruments, effective mechanisms and the effects of the program that have already been achieved are classified and evaluated instead of. The contract is divided into three phases: 1) initial phase, 2) implementation phase and 3) final phase, which in turn are divided into 16 different work packages. The working language is German and English depending on the work package (see there notes). The reporting language is English.
