IK-EES 063-2025 Integration platform (IPAAS)
The goal of this integration platform is to get a better data and better overview of data and integrations from all parts of the municipality's services in a forward -looking information architecture. Bergen Today, has no integration platform and a new integration platform will help to simplify integrations between subject and corporate systems, common solutions, etc. The integration platform will be provided as a service over the Internet (IPAAS) and includes the establishment of the service, including training, configuration, Adaptation and integrations, as well as operation/management and support. The client for the procurement is Bergen Municipality at the Digital Transformation section (SDI). The integration platform should be a group solution in Bergen municipality. The integration platform should primarily be used by management resources in employee service, but also of management resources related to other professional environments with integration needs in the municipality. The Agreement also includes options for consultancy for further development of processes after Delivery Day.
