The planned new building fits into the structure and cubature with four offset gable roofs urban planning context. A uniform curtain wall visually connects the slightly offset parts of the building into a single unit. The spatial concept was coordinated with the client, the specialist departments involved and the various users. The aim is to create a pleasant, light-flooded feeling of space. All technical and storage rooms are located in the basement.
