Tender Details

The organizer declares that, to the extent and as soon as the task on which the competition is based is realized, that it will initially only negotiate with the 1st prize winner (service description for property planning outdoor facilities § 39 HOAI for LP 1-9 and, if applicable, services according to HOAI Section 3: Engineering structures (performance profile: § 43, LP 1-9), which are directly connected to the outdoor facility). In addition to the permanent facilities, outdoor facility planning services are also commissioned to prepare the temporary exhibition areas. The Prize money will be credited to the contract amount if the concept is largely adopted. The remuneration for the basic determination will be reduced in view of the preliminary work involved in the competition.
