Country: BrazilPeriod of activity: 230 daysDescription of the Service: hiring an individual consultant to prepare a technical study intended to support the regulation, by the CNJ, of the number of criminal execution courts proportional to the number of criminal courts and the number of people arrested, as determined by the STF in ADPF 347. The study must present a national diagnosis, a proposal for objective parameters to define the minimum structure necessary for adequate judicial provision in criminal execution and scenario study considering the proposal presented. The study must cover more than one proposed parameters/scenarios, which will be discussed with the Department of Judicial Research (DPJ) and the Department of Monitoring and Inspection of the Prison System and Execution of Socio-Educational Measures (DMF) of the CNJMinimum/mandatory requirements: Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Economic Analysis of Law, Public Administration or related areas.
