Country: Brazil Purchase of Contract: 175 Days Description of the Service: Hiring a individual consultant to make national diagnosis of initiatives aimed at mapping competencies and the development of learning trails within the 41 judicial schools and the judiciary federal and state. The consultant will also be responsible for the preparation of two reports that will use visual resources to submit a survey of the main technical profiles of the judicial schools and the judiciary and the skills that must be developed throughout the career of the state and federal judiciary. Minimum/mandatory requisites: Doctorate in Law, Education, Sociology, Psychology or other related disciplines; Proof of experience in analysis and development of learning trails; proof of professional and/or academic experience in Mapping of competences in a public or private institution of at least 3 (three) years; proof of knowledge of the Brazilian justice system, attested by professional and/or academic experience of at least 3 (three) years.
