HV Karlsruhe - Renovation of the MSR technology in the high-rise building Services: - -Exchange of approx. 255x GA boxes (SVTs) in false hallway ceilings - Replacement of 9x automation focal points (ASPs) in technical rooms - Implementation of 1x new automation focus (ASP) as central Controllers - Replacement of 18x room automation distributors (RAV) in technical rooms - Replacement of approx. 352 room control devices Offices/meeting rooms - Replacing or renewing some of the existing field devices (e.g. temperature sensors, smoke detectors, weather station) - Set up BMS server with integration of existing building parts - Delivery and setup of 1x BMS workstation as well as 9x touch panels for visualization on the ASPs on site. - Consistent communication standard: BACnet/SC - Programming of approximately 30, 000 data points in room and system automation, taking into account an on-site user addressing system - Delivery and installation of approx. 2, 150 m of fiber optic cable - Delivery and installation of approx. 9, 000 m of other cables and lines The Renovation of the office floors must be carried out in sections in 6 sections with 3 floors each, plus at least 3 further sections for services on the other floors - 1st interim period: 50% completion of the floors (E03 - E11) on June 25th, 2027 - 2.
