The subject of this procurement procedure is a framework agreement with an economic operator in accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 3 VgV for the procurement of HPE Aruba Networking components for Sana Kliniken AG facilities authorized clients. The framework agreement is a contract concluded for the term stated in the announcement (24+12 months), which obliges the contractor to provide the services requested with individual orders at the rates specified in the to carry out the conditions set out in the framework agreement and the respective individual order. These individual orders are placed exclusively by the clients named in contract appendix 3 “List of clients” to the company that belongs to them is the contracting party to the framework agreement at the time.
