Lots: Box for collection and storage of medical waste - Cardboard containers (5 l), class B and C, with a bio-chemical hazard symbol, yellow, standard for medical waste. Containers for disposal of medical waste of class B and C, complete with two packages. All supplied medical products must be packaged. Their expiration date must be valid for one year from the date of receipt at the Customer-s address. Delivery of medical goods to the Customer-s address is carried out at the expense of the Supplier and included in the cost of goods (not paid by the Customer). All medical products must have mandatory certificates of conformity, comply with the norms and rules of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of production and distribution of medical products and drugs. In the event of harm to the health of a student due to non-compliance of the quality of the drug/equipment used with the standards established by law, the Customer has the right to file claims against the Supplier-s organization in court ok. Before delivering the goods, agree on the appearance of the goods with the Customer. Unapproved goods are not accepted by the Customer for delivery. Each medical drug/product must be provided with a registration certificate valid in the territory of RoK, or confirming documents from the authorized body that this product is not registered.
