Deadline: September 3rd, 2026 CPV Code: 45431000-7 Floor and tiling work Description of the service: Name: House of Culture and Clubs, tile work Type of service: : Construction service Description: The city of Nieheim is planning the renovation and the Energy-efficient renovation of the Nieheim town hall into a “house of culture and clubs”. This project is funded by the ERDF funding for “Energy-efficient public buildings” and urban development funding. The measure includes the modernization of the existing hall areas including the stage house, the energy-efficient upgrading of the existing building as well as a replacement new building as a solid structure with monolithic masonry made of perforated bricks and reinforced concrete ceilings. The aim is to create a sustainable, multifunctional cultural, event and club location, taking into account the functional, technical, energy and fire protection requirements. The existing extension from the 1970s will be demolished, the historic one Part of the building is gutted. The new building consists of a single-storey main building with a gable roof and a foyer area with a flat roof and a canopy in front of it in lightweight construction. The main building has a rafter-purlin roof that is inclined at an approximately 42 degree angle Green roof and photovoltaic system. In addition to the ground floor, it includes an attic and a loft. The external dimensions of the main building are approx. 17.35 x 23.60 m, the ridge height is approx. 12.74 m. The work includes the complete Tiling work inside the building. Hard-wearing floor tiles must be installed in the hallways and on the stairs as well as in the catering kitchen area. Both floor and wall tiles in the shower and toilet rooms must be professionally installed embarrassed.
