This project is funded by the ERDF funding for “Energy-efficient public buildings” and urban development funding The measure includes the modernization of the existing hall areas including the stage building, the energy-related upgrade of the existing building and a replacement new building as a solid structure with monolithic masonry made of perforated bricks and reinforced concrete ceilings. Goal is the creation of a sustainable, multifunctional cultural event and club location, taking into account the functional, technical, energy and fire protection requirements. In the area of energetic renovation (Inventory), the trade includes the delivery, assembly and commissioning of electrical systems from the sub-distributions, including the complete installation systems such as wide-span cable trays, installation ducts and pipes. The conventional installation includes protective contact and CEE sockets up to 32A. In addition, modern bus technology based on KNX-TP is integrated with multifunctional buttons, room temperature controllers and DALI presence detectors for intelligent lighting and climate control.
