Deadline: September 3rd, 2026 CPV Code: 45324000-4 Plasterboard work 45320000-6 Sealing and insulation work Description of the service: Name: House of Culture and Clubs, drywall work Type of service: : Construction service Description: : The city Nieheim is planning the conversion and energy-efficient renovation of the Nieheim town hall into a “house of culture and clubs”. This project is funded by the ERDF funding "Energy-efficient public buildings" and urban development funding. The measure includes the modernization of the existing hall areas including the stage, the energy-related upgrade of the existing building as well as a replacement new building as a solid structure with monolithic masonry made of perforated bricks and reinforced concrete ceilings. The goal is creation a sustainable, multifunctional cultural, event and club location, taking into account the functional, technical, energy and fire protection requirements. The existing extension from the 1970s will be demolished, the historic part of the building will be gutted. The new building consists of a single-story main building with a gable roof and a foyer area with a flat roof and a canopy in front of it in lightweight construction. The main building has an approximately 42° slope Rafter purlin roof with green roof and photovoltaic system. In addition to the ground floor, it includes an attic and a loft. The external dimensions of the main building are approx. 17.35 x 23.60 m, the ridge height is approx. 12.74 m. As part of the Drywall work involves comprehensive interior space planning, acoustics and fire protection measures. This includes the construction of fire protection walls in F30 quality as well as the installation of modern ceiling systems, designed as Scattered perforated ceilings for optimized room acoustics and functional grid ceilings. The work also includes the professional reconstruction and construction of the indoor stage.
