The Magdeburg University Hospital intends to expand and renew the circulating air cooling units in the entire building at 65, Leipziger Straße 44, 39120 Magdeburg. The renovation work will be carried out in 3 construction phases. The implementation of the 3rd BA is now taking place. In house 65 The air conditioning and heating areas should be separated. Air conditioning chests are currently used in individual rooms to heat and air condition the rooms. These are to be replaced by separate heating surfaces and air conditioning units. The current connection of the Air conditioning chests are located on the floor below and run directly through the ceiling and floor. The new radiators should continue to be connected via the existing heating lines. New air conditioning units are becoming more and more new Laying cold pipes are connected in the respective hallway. These are installed directly above the door of the respective room. The new cooling lines connect to existing risers, some of which need to be extended. Existing refrigeration pipes that are no longer needed and require greater effort to dismantle should be shut down and blinded on both sides. For this purpose, no separate false ceilings are opened in the corridors or other rooms are made accessible.
